Everything begins with a concrete requirement. Together with our customers, we clarify the demands the seal must meet – from pressure and temperature to medium, movement, and installation space. Whether standard dimensions or custom-made: the right material choice is just as critical as the optimal seal profile.

Material Expertise: The Right Compound Makes the Difference

We work with a wide range of high-performance materials – including PTFE compounds, NBR, FKM, PU, and HNBR. Depending on the application, we select the compound with the ideal balance of elasticity, resistance, friction behavior, and service life.

Once the profile and material are defined, production begins. Using modern CNC turning machines and a high level of automation, we manufacture hydraulic seals in a wide variety of sizes – precisely, consistently, and within the finest tolerances. Each seal undergoes standardized quality checks for dimensions, surface quality, and function.
